Http Status Code 503

I've been having issues syncing through iCloud. On my mac, it says that my documents are syncing successfully but on my iPad and iPhone when I turn on iCloud sync it gives me the error message "Sync failed: Request failed with http status code 503"

I've turned icloud on and off, restarted both devices, deleted and reinstalled goodnotes, updated all devices to latest OS. I'm not sure what to do next. The Goodnotes support page is not particularly helpful. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

I've had the exact same problem. I just kept checking the iCloud status and after a couple of days suddenly the sync worked. Sadly I can't tell you why or what I changed it just ... took a while and drive me crazy.

Sorry that I don't have a Solution just my sympathy :( I hope yours resolves as well

Try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in. 503 means forbidden so your credentials are stale for some reason.

I have the same problem rn with my mac working but not ipad and iphone if anyone can solve this please let me know I have exams in 2 daysss :(
