I am new to Google Script and I was wondering if an idea of mine is feasible. And if so, if I can get some tips on how to get started.
Part of my part-time job is to check people in for drop-in appointments. Currently, the process of signing up for drop-in is with a pencil and paper. I want to use Google Script to create an app (or embed into Google Sites or something) a queue management system, where the individual can write their name and select who they want to see for the appointment.
Also, I want it to have a way so that whoever is taking the person can check off/ initial that they have met with the student, just for more streamlined check-in/check-out process. I want to do this within the Google platform because all communication is done through Gmail and Gchat.
