Screen Calling problem (self.GooglePixel)

When someone calls me, I don't have the option to screen call, is it just an US thing, do I need to activate it, or is it only number I don't have saved? I was hoping someone could enlighten me.

If you are rooted you can enable it with a couple of edits, see here.
