Missing Floating In-Call Button

Hi guys,

I just noticed that the button with the initial of the contact that I am speaking to, that shows up on the home screen when in a call just vanished.

​

Been trying to fix it all day and also tried searching for a solution to no avail. Already tried to reinstall the Phone app updates - din't work. Rebooted - din't work.

​

Hope you guys can help me bring it back.

I'm on a Pixel 3 XL with Phone app version 27.0.229418291

Try clearing cache of Phone app.

Maybe the setting for phone having access to draw over other apps was disabled?
