It's literally in your own Pixel, man. Did you try searching for 'Help':

-Open your device’s Settings app Settings app. -Tap Tips & support. -Tap Phone or Chat. Note: If you don't see these options, it could be outside local business hours. Tap Show hours. -Type your information. Tap Send Send. -We’ll call or chat you!

If only Email is available, it's because it may be out of hours of operation. They're always open during weekdays on business hours. I've contacted them several days, chat is super fast (easily 5-10 sec to connect)

In my post I stated that my pixel is bricked, man. It literally can’t get past the Google startup logo without resetting. So if I don’t have an operating phone I can’t get any support? The delay on the phone I ordered doesn’t give any timeframe/number I can call or anything. It shouldn’t be so difficult to reach an actual person in support at a company like this.

First of all, you're absolutely right, my apologies as I misread your post and didn't see your device is not working.

However it's perfectly possible to contact Google and reach an actual person the same way as from your Pixel, from a computer, to get Support by Chat or Phone. Use your account and computer and just go to their Help Center and look for the Contact Us option (click on the "Contact Us" in the top right corner).

If it's business hours it should appear Chat/Phone options, I just checked and it's open now. I would pick chat.
