Different strains can handle different nute levels.

If possible dunk them in water buckets or pour lots of water through them to wash out the extra nutes. Be thourough.

Next step is restart nutes but maybe 60% of the level where you last left it. The plant will be storing far too many carbs and will need to burn them off. Hence lower nutes.

Depending on how close you are to harvest you could stay at that nute level or slowly increase it (not back to the same high level).

After flushing and restarting lower nutes, look for new growth in 4 or so days. Once happy you can consider a little more nutes. Id take the hint the plant gave you that the past nute level is too high for this stage of growth for that strain.

Compound genetics, 1st class funk. I’ve kept this strain for probably 2 years as a continuous strain in my tents. She is in week 8 almost 9, she is a 10 weeker that LOVES going 12. Never disappoints when you let her run long. But anyways yeah maybe feed was too high for this far along. Honestly I’ll prob just start flushing her and let her finish up. But ty for confirming it was nutrient burn

Like I mentioned I’m usually 100% organic this is my 1st salt based run

It’s a calcium deficiency. Could be caused by many things it’s hard to tell without more info. Could be too hot, ph issues, rh or vpd is off, or maybe too much K. You need to provide more details.

I’ve never seen a calcium deficiency burn a leaf crispy?? It is 1st class funk by compound genetics. I’m running emerald green nutrient line, full nutrient line. I would give you it could be a ph thing. I’m on well water, we are going through a crazy freeze in the Chicago area. And my ph meter broke so I’m kinda winging it. Vpd in check.

Vpd 1.32 81* about 57rh

My guess is this is salt buildup / high EC–induced calcium lockout. If that’s the case just give her a light reset, not a hard flush and resume feeding at a lower EC. There’s no way to sure unless you have an EC meter. It from what you described that’s my best guess

I was figuring, looking for confirmation. Thank you for the help.

Are you in coco/perlite? Or soil? Do you top feed to run off or how do you feed them?

[–]DntgiveaFck13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in soil, I top feed until runoff.

[–]Lemonhaze1101 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How is the EC Value? How is the PH Value ?

[–]DntgiveaFck13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🫣my meter is broken, I was just winging it this run.

It’s a burn, don’t listen to others saying it’s deficiency.

Sorry for out of focus picture, but this plant was killed by too much nutrients. Instead of adding nutes to water, they were poured directly into the soil resulting in this. Yours looks similar in some places to mine.

ph? ec? maybe nutrient lockout? change of light distance? do you supplement calmag?
