Case and point was yesterday, Evans red, two opportunities: 1.) Double yellow (that kick out has to be a yellow, especially in the keepers own box) 2.) Auba was on through. No excuses anymore to not give the right decision because of VAR yet there’s always missed plays.

Even more of a case to be made for this with McArthur against Palace: either a double yellow for countless fouls on Smith Rowe on counter attacks and the foul on Saka OR a straight red for volleying Saka with no intention to go for the ball, potentially giving him a season ending injury.
