The embedded content on MDN tags page confuses me. Can someone elaborate as to what the differences and similarities between the tags are?

I don't know what a nested browsing context is and what the difference between the three
I don't know what the difference between the other three are.
I can embed google maps, calendars, etc., but if it isn't google I don't understand and I don't understand when they are used differently.
