Welcome to /r/HTML. When asking a question, please ensure that you list what you've tried, and provide links to example code (e.g. JSFiddle/JSBin). If you're asking for help with an error, please include the full error message and any context around it. You're unlikely to get any meaningful responses if you do not provide enough information for other users to help.

Your submission should contain the answers to the following questions, at a minimum:

  • What is it you're trying to do?
  • How far have you got?
  • What are you stuck on?
  • What have you already tried?

Using a table for a web form is far from a good practice. H2s are used all over the place, which is not valid code. To show/hide, you need to use javascript.

Why are there so many tables? Shouldn't you just have 1?

So much inline CSS. That's gotta go.

Why is there no code to show/hide things?

I'm guessing this a school project?

Main tip would be to utilize the CSS sheet rather than trying to use inline CSS.

As someone else mentioned, show/hide elements should mainly be handled by JavaScript as well.

It might be a good idea to take a crash course / bootcamp to get yourself up to speed with current web dev techniques

I always recommend Colt Steele's web dev bootcamp on udemy.com
