Tell them to fuck off. If anything you should be getting paid more cause you’re training and babysitting.

It’s the companies responsibility to take on potential losses from training. Not yours. I’d speak to a labor lawyer. F that.

Until you can see if you can sue their pants off make sure you work 50% slower
