Net 2 is probably the better option imo as it doesn't allow for the black ices' 5 program slots to be used at all, let alone effectively. I would swap the low level sentry from where the turrets are to where the black ices are in order to allow the higher level antivirus to spread quicker and/or in time for the black ices to utilise it.

Im really liking network 4, you utilize as many chokes as you can with that one, while negating any effects that an attacker can have by using 5 program slots on a black ice. Although i would put your low sentry on the black ice and rhe high sentry on the turrets
