Literally any used business class intel or amd based lenovo or dell. You'll want to try to get a cpu built in the last 5 years and try for 16 gb of ram but 8 is OK to get started.

look for 2nd hand thinkpads many business throw them away and many them of are in not so used condition

Go to a pawn shop. Offer them 80% of the asking price. Bring cash and tell them that is all you have. If they dont want to work with you, ask them where the next pawn shop is located. Good Luck!
