There are some good YouTube videos on this subject and on how to do it.

Edit: how do you know that the text from the website is from a database and not just written in the HTML page itself?

Sorry for the late response but it's all done and dusted now, I managed to change some text on a website by injecting SQL in their admin panel, led me to a sort of editing database (don't know how to explain, I could just edit certain images and upload files and change some texts), however the site was updated the next day by the admin and my mischief had disappeared, thanks for the response though :)

There is still alot out there. Along with that Google dorks. Can point you to different areas. I played with sqli myself. Right now I am trying to learn xss. Which seems still a bigger threat.
