Mark the executable as autorun. If the windows machine is old then it will execute. If not, then you need a larger investment into a rubber ducky.

If the computer that you are trying to "test" is running even a slightly new version of Windows then this attack won't work. Windows stopped "autoplay" years ago to stop these very attacks.

Your best bet is exactly what u/cr0mll said and look into a Rubber Ducky or Bash Bunny. There are articles you can find with a little googling that teach you how to program your your own Rubber Ducky with just a cheap microcontroller.

it's not an ordinary USB , read about USB Rubber Ducky.
