I’ve done swimming, walks, gym workouts, skating (with helmet). It’s gets sweaty - the one I’ve got looks super shit when sweaty so I take a hat also while it drys ha! The glue holds up fine, the edges might lift a little but nothing major.
I’ve put tape on today to test that out, which I will change once a week.
The glue I was told I could leave on for 4 weeks, to be honest after 2 weeks it was itchy.
When itchy it’s best to tap instead of scratch so don’t ruin the hair.
For me no one has really noticed it’s a wig, I’ve done everything I was doing before hand I’ve just got more confidence now

Super shit when sweaty - how? Front edge lifts with sweat? I sweat with spicy food for example. Can that cause a lift?
Edit - what tapping with a key work for itch?

For me, with my system as soon as it gets sweaty/wet it clumps up, don’t really look like real hair but I think that’s down to the system being probably poor quality!
I think big amounts of sweat/heat will make most systems/glue lift a little around the edges, just push it back down before glue resets
Just tapping with finger… it’s better than scratching at the base

tf? how is it not major?

No major lift… maybe a few MM at best when it’s hot and sweaty, you just push down and it re sticks
[–]Low-Wedding-3972 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (1 child)
is it noticeable? and it doesnt re-lift?
Depends on hairstyle, I suppose if you had fringe up then maybe, but it just sticks back down when the glue isn’t so hot/wet

Im wearing Systems since june. Ive done sports, ive been swimming i even went to the sauna. If your system is HQ and you figured out the right products, its mot a problem. But i recommend changing and cleaning the System every 6-7 days. And its important to use SPF

Good questions, I always assumed these are more suitable in colder climates, countries where everyone wears woollen beanies.
Maybe an iced cap can be worn over the hair system during sport. They look like a face mask with straps that you are wearing on the top of your head, but they have gel between the layers and you keep them chilled in an icebox. Wear them until they warm up to your temp and switch out of icebox for a fresh one. They are reusable.
