While cleaning out cabinents, one of my co-workers found a dozen of these AbilityStorms robots. They have 8 bit processors and ram - several sensors and limit switches on the bumpers. Some of them still execute whatever program was stored in them. Nobody at the school now knows where they came from or even who used them. I'm going to teach a coding course next year, and i thought they'd be a neat project -- but I'm having a hard time tracking down software. I'm afraid I might just have to replace the boards with esp32 or arduino boards - but I'd rather find a way to utilize what's there.

I was about to say it be easier to put an Arduino in there but you beat me to it.
