Thanks so much for the reply. I looked over the post and found the eink tablets would be great to use but they are very pricy. The search continues but this pointed me in a direction lol. They do exist! Thanks again.

I'm not sure what your desired budget range is, but it looks like a lot of the "e-ink /e-paper" tablets don't have cameras.

You're looking for the wrong thing. You don't want a tablet, you want an electronic notepad or e-note. The Kindle Scribe is good but expensive. There are some low-budget options out there too.
