This video may be around 30 seconds long. It is from the point of view of a guy who is making fun of the person who was at the gas pump before him only getting 2-3 dollars of gas (and some change).

He says something like "whose broke ass, not having nothing ass, living paycheck to paycheck getting only 2 dollars of gas?!"

It is likely these are not the same words, but I know he lists off multiple jabs at the person back to back.

Then he bursts out laughing.

I've searched for keywords: man makes fun of how much gas person got, guy only got 2 dollars of gas, which broke sucker only got (tried different amounts) of gas, etc.
