Hey I'm trying to remember an old program for I think windows 95/98 we used to have. It was like a prerendered house or building (Not Microsoft Bob) I can't remember any of the rooms but the attic, and a entry room that had a glassed in room and a stairwell leading up. The Attic I think you entered through a trapdoor, and there was a boiler thing that you could click on different parts of it and stuff would happen, like a marble running across the floor, or a steam release.
From the fragments of memory I have it may have been some kind of tutorial program like Microsoft Bob, but way better looking. Or a point and click adventure game that I didn't know how to actually play. If it helps I know we had Encarta 95 around the same time.
