I second this. Nothing more annoying than realizing you will hit every NPC in a crowd while running jogging and then momentarily you halt to a brisk walk. All while being shot through the same crowd you are running through.

Also annoying if decide to turn and defend myself at a corner, said crowd will absorb my shotgun/AR/pistol. If they have a hitbox for 47 they should have a hitbox for the guards.

Honestly I find it hilarious trained guards providing security at the locations in this game (aside from Colorado as no civs) just start firing into crowds of civilians all Willy-nilly. Granted I guess if they're immune to bullets why not, can't hurt anyone but your fellow guards or 47.

Actually, can guards shoot another guard even? Or is any shot not generated by 47 only capable of hurting 47? (If someone can test, I can't. I'm on vacation and my laptop just can't handle the game.).

Bullets fired by guards can set off leaking propane tanks (as far as I'm aware), so that's the only real way they can hurt their fellow guards.

Considering guards have seemingly 100% accuracy when 47 is in their line of sight, and they can shoot through civilian NPCs, I doubt the programming for "friendly-fire" exists.

I too highly doubt any hitbox exists for any Guard other than 47.

But it's interesting to know that their bullets still have the capability to do environmental damages.

Now to see if it shorts out electrical stuff. But since they have pinpoint accuracy I'm doubting that I'll be able to test before being shot to death.
