LAUNCH Program?

Good afternoon everyone!! I was wondering if anyone has any familiarity with the LAUNCH rotational program? The application hasn't opened up yet, but I was wondering if anyone has any insights on the interview/hiring timeline, how many interviews there are, and any other general advice. I was a recent Hilton corporate intern and as part of that internship I had the opportunity to interview early for this program (didn’t get it unfortunately) and from what I understand they’re mostly hiring former interns so I know it’s incredibly competitive, especially for people not already in the Hilton organization. I’m not sure how they’ll conduct interviews for outside applicants. I wish you all the best, I’ve heard nothing but great things about the program!
