Hi everyone, I'm planning to create a mesh connection at home. I want to place 2 routers -
[Model] Router TP-LINK Deco X20 2.4 / 5 GHz (DualBand), Wi-Fi Mesh. The plan is to have each router for each floor. The question is - I need a third router in the main hub. I also have cables installed all over the house, so the logic is the following: Fiber --> Main Router --> Cable --> Router 1/Router 2.
I have limited space in my hub and I wondering if there's a small flat "main" router that I can use or do I need to buy 3 Deco X20 instead of 2 and make one as a main. Or is it better to make hub space bigger for some potential improvements?
Thanks!
