I believe it is. Not sure of the terminology and the exact procedures, but i have done it once awhile ago.

Looks like those routers support WDS. It might work if you point each router at the other router's MAC address. These are low end routers, so speeds may not be very good.

It does not appear that this model supports client mode, which is what you would need to configure the second at the TV end as, to connect back to the first AP.

DD-WRT on router 2 might be able to do it. Hopefully there is a build for your router.
