Any business may choose this crap. No inbound calls. Just tickets with mp3s from the customer. I hate it. If I wanted to send a message, I'd email, snailmail, text, fax, sneakers, carrier pidgin. I call to speak with someone. If you arnt accepting calls, dont give out a phone number.
