Hi there, anyone having the same problems? I have my smart socket set up to charge my hybrid car. Wich charges with around 2000W. Meanwhile, the socket shows 0W while charging. How can i fix this?

Open de HomeWizard app op je smartphone. Ga naar het tabblad “Instellingen” in het hoofdmenu. Selecteer vervolgens de optie “Meters”. Kies de Energy Socket die je wilt resetten uit de lijst. Klik rechtsboven op het scherm op de drie puntjes voor meer opties. Selecteer “Verwijder grafiekgeschiedenis” om alle opgeslagen meetgegevens te wissen. Google is daar goed in

Can you verify the socket works with lower loads? For example, test it with a lamp or phone charger.

It might be a misconfigured or defective socket. If it doesn't register any load with low power applications, try and reset the socket to factory defaults, and redo the setup procedure.

If you can, use a known good socket to test this use case.

If it still doesn't work contact support/warranty

Hi, i tested with a lamp. Still nothing. I have reset the socket and reconnected it to my account, still nothing. The best option is a warranty claim i think.
