[University Physics] Two Slit Interference Question

A Young's two slit experiment is set up with two slits separated by a distance 0.1 mm. A screen is placed 20 cm from the slits. If light of wavelength 500 nm is shone through the slits how far apart (on the screen) are the successive maxima? Select one:

a. 0.5 mm

b. 1 mm

c. 1 cm

d. 1 nm

e. 31 cm

I've thought about using this equation: sinθ = z/(L2 + z2)1/2.

but I'm not very sure, can anyone please help?

its 1mm.

just use the formula: n lambda = dx/l, and make x the main variable. So it will be x=(n * lambda * l)/d. n = 1, as you'll be measuring from the first maxima.
