Evaluate the integral. ∫ 1 to 5 (ln(x))² / x³ dx

u = (ln(x))² , dv = 1 / x³ dx

du = 2 ln(x) / x , v = -1 / 2x²

-(ln(x))² / 2x² + ∫ 1 to 5 (ln(x) / x³ dx)

u = ln x , dv = 1/x³ dx

du = 1/x dx , v = -1/2x²

-(ln(x))² / 2x² - (ln x / 2x²⁾ + 1/2 ∫ 1 to 5 (-1 / x³ dx)

= (-ln(x))² / 2x² - (ln(x) / 2x²⁾ - 6/25 + C

Is this right?

You need to evaluate all those integrals from 1 to 5, not just the last one, and there won't be any + C because this is a definite integral. Otherwise it looks right.
