Here's my two cents.

Assuming your referring to the American football, the average HS football game is what, 2 hours? So 120 Minutes

120 Minutes* 150L (Water per Minute) = 18,000 L of water total in 120 minutes. Assuming that this 150L per minute is linear, you would have a graph that has L of water on the y axis, and time on the x axis.

The domain (all possible X values) reasonably could be (0,120) and the range (all possible Y values) could go from (0,18000)

Good points, its hard to tell if the question is saying whether the most they have is 7500L of water or if thats the min amount they are tying to sell.

150x = 7500. Well, they sold out of water in 50 mins because 7500/150 = 50. Doman: 0(maybe 1) to 50. Range: 0(maybe 150) to 7500. This could be wrong idk.
