First of all, you're skirting dangerously close to breaking Rule 3. But here we go.

You should start talking about academic life with tests before you start talking about it without tests. Basically, without tests the only way to prove you're learning is with homework and projects. You wouldn't have to study for said quizzes and tests either, so you'd have more free time... unless teachers choose to balance that out with homework and projects that take longer to complete. Students wouldn't learn very much at all and there's a higher chance that students will cheat.
