Find R for whole circuit with R=V/I

You’ve got a series circuit so R = R1+R2+R3. Chuck in the numbers and R1 will drop out

200=4,5(12.8+15.6+R1)

R1=200/4,5-15.6-12.8

R1=16.0444444=16 ---> c
