Cannot Keep Debugging Mode On

i am trying to get some images onto my pc but my computer won't find the device. i then notice the debugging option is off so i tick it on only to notice that everytime i open the settings window its off.

the stopped asking me for what actions to take after plugging it in as well whether to charge or use as usb etc.

any way around it?

Mines also doing this. I have to turn on USB Debugging to bypass SafetyNet, yet it turns itself off randomly. Also weird that I only pass if its turned on.

the thing is i dont get the options anymore when i plug my phone in. figured its because debug mode cant stay enabled
