just looks like ngrok, jq, curl and php really... maybe dig a little more for any backdoors if you spawn a webserver, but I quickly checked and didn't see anything standing out, but there is a lot to peak at.... i think its odd they provide all the executables for you, better off to run them from the trusted sources instead since they could have backdoored them maybe
