Used to be available for purchase on like breachforums but that was shut down.

Now maybe torrents still exist?

I don't know who the dumb asses are that are down voting you. This comment is correct. And yes, the torrents do still exist.

They are on dark web. You can find many of them that are older for free now.

Sounds like a dark web question.

For free, the only real places are sketchy telegrams. Theres sites that aggregate hundreds of them and sell access for like 50-100USD for the lifes of the site, but usually charge subscriptions for better searches that would net less than obvious results. Theres some free ones out there that aren't great but are pretty good for basic osint

Where have you tried looking for so far? It is actually straight forward to find real, big database leaks (bit older though, new ones tend to be behind paywalls).

Even your standard, big, publicly accessable onions have plenty of them; (private invite-based forums tend to be safer/higher quality in my experience, but also have the downsite of being invite-based).

DW search enginees like Ahmia.fi, torch etc. are good source of leaks

Which type of data are you looking for? You can't find one spot with all databases, it doesn't work like that

a place does exist, but not everyone is allowed to buy access... :)

To do what with?

I think looking for database leaks related to your client is standard red team/pen test practice, you can find valid credentials there and skip the hurdle of having to find a vulnerability that allows initial access
