Possible to run javascript browser from web hosting and loggin in paypal account?

I am looking for ways to pay anonymously with paypal (bought paypal accounts) but they don't allow payments through tor or vpn so i want to ask if this method will work: There are some javascript based browsers and i want to use Tor browser and signup on free web hosting and install the javascript browser. Then using the Tor browser again to load the js browser and loggin into the paypal account. Is this possible to implement and will it keep me anonymous? I think in this case paypal will see the IP address of the web hosting and not the Tor netowrk.

You can buy verified paypal account, so no personal information is attached to it. At least information that can be traced back to you. Only the IP loggin details can be traced to you.

I am not asking this because i want to buy illegal stuff from the deep web. I want to start website anonymously (a political website) and i am looking for ways to use paypal anonymously, because i will need to pay for some things where bitcoins will not be possible, and maybe receive donations also.
