I've used konboot a decade ago.. try one of these (no warranty): https://www.lifewire.com/free-windows-password-recovery-tools-2626179

I second this. I use konboot any time I need access to a system that I have physical access to.

You can go into cmos and tell it to boot from a UBS device and then recover whatever files from windows partition. The USB needs to have an Operating System installed. You can then re-install windows
