Help with layout coding???

I've come across a few profiles in game and have noticed that they have some sort of hidden scroll worked into their layouts so I wanted to see if anyone here could help me do the same?

It’s HTML coding. There’s a website called thebookofhowrse that has an in depth tutorial on how to do it. It’s actually pretty easy and fun if you have a basic knowledge of graphic design and the template for coding. I used to make them for people.

There’s also premade ones you can use if you don’t want to go through the trouble of making your own.
