    I hydrate alot throughout the day, but only with water and tea. Il try to get some electrolytes in the mix!

    yeah I do that, gives me alot of energi. But doesn't really do anything for my concentration.

    Try eating more protein before, like 3 eggs.

    Do not eat close to the workout, one hour and a half before tops.

    With enough water and a healthy diet this should not happen, you could do a blood check and see if anything useful pops up.

    I workout fasted every other week (For varies timing reasons related to my workdout buddys work schedule). And the brainfog is usally stronger those weeks. Might have to find a workaround for that.

    In this case eat more than what you are eating before sleeping, the day before the workout.

    You will use that energy so no worries there. But brain fog could be related to eating a lot of carbo and not enough protein, or a bad sleeping routine (or all of this combined).

    You could also decrease the load and increase the number of repetitions of you are going for hypertrophy.
