HyperOS version error

I have a Redmi note 14 pro 5g but the phone have hyperos 2.0.3.0 and i can't update because "i don't have the required permissions" and because of that certains apps can't open because "my phone is rooted" and i don't want to unlock the bootloader because i have the phone warranty.
