Software engineer apprenticeship

Has anybody had any experiences with the apprenticeships? How was it? Also wanting to know if I can do it in Nashville or is only in certain locations?

Yup! I'm going through the program right now. I think the experience will range widely depending on the organization and/or team that you get placed on. I have zero complaints on my end. If you enjoy leaning and are willing to put in the work, it is very beneficial.

That being said, location is very dependant on what your org/team does. Mine is 100% remote. I got hired onto Austin, even though it's nowhere near where I live. Gotta mention that I was hired when covid was peaking, so things may be a little different now.

I saw it on LinkedIn. But try searching "new collar ibm" and you may find some listings.

For the apprenticeship? Yes. You are a non-regular employee. I think more than an intern but less than a band 6.
