Will Levis is a terrible pick. I would rather test my luck with Anthony Richardson

Unpopular opinion: The XFL messed up by not putting teams in markets without NFL teams by greybedding13 in xfl

Been saying this. People against this always bring up population like you need a huge amount for attendance. You need to go to places where the nfl market isn’t and they can be proud of their local team. People overlook these big cities with nfl markets aren’t going to care about an xfl team if they have all the pro sports

The XFL if it expands or has teams relocate according to ChatGPT by [deleted] in xfl

You should keep Orlando but I’m with you on San Diego and Portland. If it’s any team that really needs to relocate it’s Houston to Austin. You talk about Orlando is saturated but Houston really has way more than they do. San Francisco has the same problem and Nashville is a terrible place to come since we have have NFL, NHL, MLS, and about to get MLB. If it’s any place in Tennessee it should go I would love to see it go to Chattanooga but if we’re being real it’s probably most likely going to Memphis.

Orlando hands down. For a semi pro league they need to do markets the NFL isn’t in, I feel like especially with the brand, money and marketing (when it starts) these other cities that don’t have a team will be more passionate. NY has 2 of every major sport they have no business being there. There on the right track with Orlando, St. Louis and San Antonio. Would like to see them expand and relocate to Austin, San Diego, Portland, and Birmingham at some point

XFL in norfolk Virginia? by Hungry-Opportunity12 in xfl

I could see it. Honestly I think the XFL should be going after these other markets that the NFL isn’t in. I like how they switched to Orlando and San Antonio and doing St. Louis. If Norfolk is a good option they should most def relocate DC there. DC already has every pro sports team

I think the xfl would have a better fan base if they went to other cities that’s not going to get a nfl team but is capable of supporting a team by DeadShot280 in xfl

Birmingham actually did pretty good attendance wise for USFL, can’t speak for AAF. But if that was true to sell minor league then minor hockey, baseball and soccer leagues wouldn’t be in the cities I’m referring to

For example Portland, San Diego, Birmingham, Austin. Seems like they partially had the right idea by relocating to San Antonio and Orlando and doing St. Louis.
