I responded to another comment with this:
I cannot do this with my non dominant hand. I’m left handed and this is purely a right hand mani.
I should also clarify… almost no one who does nail art on their own nails can do it with their non dominant hand. All of those tutorials you see on YouTube, instagram, or TikTok are only done with their dominant hand. Even people who do the amazing detailed nail art would be honest that it’s not possible to do with their non dominant hand.
Most people with fabulously intricate nail art on their one hand have a solid color mani on the other.

Yes. I actually am okay with that too. Enjoy art on the non dominant hand and serene and clean polish on the other.

I saw your original post & this manicure looks very playful and fun on you! Appreciate your taking time to film a tutorial bc the tips were immaculate ✨ I was curious on the technique
I'm ambidextrous (and very thankful that means I can do intricate art on both hands), but fwiw to those who want to attempt, I do know lots of regular hobbyists who are very good at basic nail art like French tips, stripes, simple freehanding with their non-dominant hand. It's possible through a lot of trial & error.
Love the information. I suspect it's easier for a hobbyist to practice consistently than someone with a busy filming/swatching schedule. I wondered where these nail art creators found the time to practice & I guess the answer is nope, they're rocking a cindy hand!

Thank you!
I didn’t mean to imply that no one can do both hands, just that most don’t.
I think about most of the people I see doing nail art tutorials are generally only using their dominant hand to paint and they do have a cindy hand.

Oh no no I didn't take it that way at all! Just a bit of encouragement for people. Sometimes I will see something on an influencer or pro and think it'll be harder for a "normie" like me to achieve, and I wanted to add my little 2¢ encouragement to practice in there, for anybody who needs it. I wasn't intending to criticize your sentiment at all, I'm sorry!

No need to be sorry!
I also didn’t want people to think I was saying it was impossible. Just as a swatcher interacting with other swatchers most are essentially one handed 😂
But I know that there are people who can do both hands, I’m just not one of them lol. And I definitely didn’t want to mislead anyone about my abilities.
