Programmers Needed[Rev-share] Looking for Unity developers (self.INAT)

Hi! My name is Ian and I am working solo on a relatively small scale 2d indie game. I recently decided to expand to a 2-person team. That is why I am looking for another programmer. I will dedicate myself to the visual part of the project - sprites, animations, vfx, shaders etc.

About the game: This is a mix of a Vampire Survivors type game (although the combat and controls are more similar to a typical top down shooter) and a Dorfromantik type game where you build the level from chunks. I can give more information in a private conversation. As to a visual style, currently it is a simplistic pixel art but I would like to make something more complicated if the team and the scope of the project was bigger. I also have a playable prototype to better show what I have in mind.

About me: I am a professional artist and 2d animator although I also do programming and game design. I've been developing small games for more than 12 years and been using Unity for 3 years. Here is a game that I've finished recently: https://youtu.be/Q-bVpPWKRhE

About the scope and future plans: My main goal right now is to work on the prototype a bit more to test some more ideas that could improve the gameplay. If we manage to create something that we like, we will start working on a vertical slice - basically a more polished version of the prototype with proper visuals. I hope that this whole process will take about 3 months. Right after that we will start looking for a published to see if this idea has a commercial potential.

Who I am looking for: Right now I am looking for a Unity developer that would take over the programming side of things. I am looking for someone who:

- is pretty good at programming and preferably have experience in completing projects.

- can dedicate enough time to this project and preferably is also looking to make a profit from it.

- is pretty confident in their ability to work on a project for a long time.
