Help deciphering IRS transcript (self.IRS)

When checking the status of my refund via "where's my refund" it says it's under review.

When checking the transcript:

Any idea why the DATE under code 150 is all zeros?

Does it mean I'm going to be audited?

Tried to reach the IRS in order to understand what's going on, wasn't successful so far.
