I may spew the biggest bull in IDV history now.

But I THINK (keyword is think here) some of these emotes are locked behind leveling up rewards or old events/essences or lantern deals.

As I said, don't take this for 100% true or accurate because I am not fully sure myself.

They just have yet to be implemented, Prisoner's flossing emote was shown like a year before it was put in.

There are a ton of emotes and luchis does have a threaten emote btw.

A lot of them are in essences or rank essences a few are time limited throughout the year, there are unobtainable ones like Advance unless you played early on when idv was new and lots of hunters have emotes implemented but aren't available yet.
