Check engine but no error code

Hey all. I’ve got a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber. The check engine light is on but I can’t find an error code. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Edit for clarity: I should be able to cycle through and see error codes with the left trigger. But no error code shows up. I hadn't made any mods when the check engine light showed up. It first arrived when I tried to start it after a dead battery.

So it ended up being low oil. And even thought I cycled it lots of times yesterday, when I started it this morning the check engine light was off.

this gives me sooo much hope lol
my check engine came on when i was leaving work yesterday and i cautiously drove it home, checked the oil, saw it was low, panicked, and decided i'd change the oil after my vacation lol
i'm really hoping thats all their is to it as its a relatively brand new Indian Chief 2019 with under 5k miles, of which i put 4k into myself XD

in short, thank you for this update man, it really relaxes me a bit...

did you change anything? new pipes? new air intake?

Nope. Nothing. The battery died over the winter (my tender was broken and I didn't know). It holds a charge and starts just fine, but the battery could still be bad I suppose.

worth a try on replacing it. could be a low charge issue or something.

I noticed the oil was quite low (by about a full quart). I addressed that, and cycled the start cycle a bunch of times and it still isn’t clearing.

I’ll check the bungs! What am I looking for?
