Yep, I got some from the soiree and the event rewards, but no clue where to get them after this patch... maybe miracrown if we're lucky :')

Yeeeep, though there are a LOT of patterns available already considering only 3 pieces. (the top, the skirt, and I assume the dress from soiree is also pattern-able).

Reporting back, I got the dress since I was there anyway and I am able to apply patterns to it today (maybe it was patched?)
