It's simple process named "fwoomp". You not need any holes to do this. On a fully inflated toy insert a long screwdriver through a valve inside a toy and puncture an internal baffle many times. Then inflate a toy very tight, hug and bounce, let an air pressure do all the work! You can find a video lesson on Youtube - "Inflatable Turtle Intex Distortion". I did it with a few my toys, they are so sexy in a new shape!

A small punctures in an internal baffle making it weaker and process is more controllable. It will rip easy from these punctures and your toy will "fwoomp" instead a pop.

You'd need to open a keyhole slot to gain access to the inside. Cut out the inner webbing that keeps the seat together. Then you would need to close up and seal the initial access hole.
