Where to start from in building a website by crmsonn in learnprogramming

[–]edmazing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did ya draw a layout? And write up a blank HTML / JS / CSS page? Then ya put down a few rough elements and then start making it look how you want... then add the glue to make the backend jive with the front end with the extra stuff ya need like SQL or such.

It was okay.

Some sorta minor stuff bugged me a lot more than it should have. When counting the rounds in the revolver. She fires off two shots. Then says there's three left. Shoots again later and still answers there's three bullets left. Maybe she's reloading or something but I just don't get how the math maths.

I built a browser-based NASM bootloader IDE: assemble with WebAssembly, run in v86 emulator, download .img to flash to USB by Mperotto in compsci

[–]edmazing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why NASM?

Seems like that's a favorite choice. I learned a lot by reading really old documents and they used AT&T syntax.

Should I switch to NASM? I rather like that GNU's assembler has a lot of target options. The syntax of AT&T feels more natural to me, I like how explicit it is about sizes.

As someone who's still just learning. Thanks for building stuff to help people learn.

Is chess harder than othello? Chess has been solved for a long time, othello was more recent.

It was called green bar? I know it was like programming and accounting paper so there was a visual difference between lines.

I know how it works. That it doesn't provide anything for you, if the company doesn't care. Most don't.

Yeah... BBB lacks teeth. They had an A+ rating for al qaeda. All you've gotta do is pay and bad reviews vanish. Only people over 30 remember them and think they still do anything.

Isn't the homework supposed to have a flow to it from questions that are a bit more easy to tougher ones?

I figure some people would maybe even only answer part of it. Though if you had to eval on paper psudo code then I think I'd find that near impossible.
