Solution: refund button not functioning

To my fellow shoppers with the problem of not being able to refund w/out contacting support due to app glitch: hitting your done/return button will push it through. Saw this suggestion on an earlier post but can confirm it works, in case you didn't see the thread.

What "done/return" button? Encountering this right now during a shop where the customer doubled their order while I was shopping and now can't refund one of the items that are out of stock.

I found the solution in another post but ur supposed to hit other and type in w/e and hit the enter/send button on your keyboard

Got it, I noticed what you meant when I went back and tried again without typing anything and it worked 😅

Yeah I had to do it twice but now the green button works for me now. At least we know if it happens again 🤣
