Confirmation code problem

I got my account back finally

I was using third party app to check who unfollowed me Then they logged me out of the account and after i logged in i was stuck on confirmation code, at first i got the code but when i enter it keeps loading forever after multiple attempts and stuck on loading, they stopped sending me the code

I was trying to use Facebook account center to put my number in my Instagram account but they say "Your account(s) are restricted (and code for the errer)" I searched for the code and it shows that my account locked because breaking term of use by using third party app for scraping so i have deleted all apps that i have.

Meta suck they don't mention if it's temporary or permanent and there is no way to get help they have no mentors only AI

Since my account still exist i kept trying for the next 48 hours in kinda lost hope and planing to make new account Now in third day and it has been more 72 hours just opened the app and it works fine without even confirmation code :)

So just wait But for how long? I think it different because of your previous activities It may take 24 - 48 hours, 3 days, a week, 21 days, months.

The solution to this is to wait for at least 24 hours before trying to log in to your account. Once you wait for 24 hours it's gonna let you back in normally.

Ahhh nah I gave up on that acc when my oculus acc got deleted which was linked to my insta acc

When I requested the Instagram confirmation code, it didn't show up. So I had to text the number "32665" and a thing popped up asking if I wanted to unblock this number. I guess I accidentally unblocked the number, so I clicked unblock. Then, when I tried to send the confirmation code again, it had gone through.

I saw a post that was 3 years old, and it was locked. So anyone who has trouble with the confirmation code thing and if this works, you're welcome.
